Description:
Responsibilities:
•Work as part of the Senior Leadership team to continue to grow our practice.
•Work with the other key staff to develop “win” strategies, including client contact, proposal preparation and preparation of and participation in client interviews.
•Management of multiple projects
•Performs as Project Leader on certain projects.
•Supervises Interior Designers or CAD technician.
•Handle project from Pre-design , Concept Design, Design Development, Tender Documentation to Post Design Stage
•Space planning, & Selection of FF&E
•Prepares 3d sketches & renderings whenever required.
•Production of CADD drawings whenever required
•Presents the project through its different phases to the client whenever required.
•Marketing design services and client maintenance
•Processing of contract documents & assist contract administration
•Develops, modifies and reviews production drawings and construction documents.
•Corrects and updates design documents.
•Develops solutions to technical problems and create interior detailing.
•Serves as an architectural resource for the Interior Design department.
•Is responsible for keeping all phases of a project on schedule.
•Performs complex interiors assignments with minimum supervision.
•Developing concepts and sourcing FF&E items and samples and creating sample boards.
•Contributing and coordinating the design and development of bespoke furniture.
•Researching a variety of materials, products and their application.
•Producing precise schedules on excel.
•Checking specification suitability requirements in specific environments.
•Ability to develop and coordinate, along with the Design Architect where applicable, project’s interior design, materials & palette and FFE as a whole
•Support Business Development activities, including marketing proposals, interviews, conference attendance, etc.
•Ability to participate in development of the program and other pre-design
•Oversight and participation in production of design award submissions
•Foster collaboration between offices while promoting and providing design vision
•Inspire creativity, critical thought and design excellence both internally and externally
•Identify and direct project photography, written descriptions, and other media in support of building the firm's portfolio
•Perform FFE service tasks from design through Bid and handle coordination with specific client and project needs.

• Minimum of 5 years UAE experience, preferably with International Consultancy
• Fully Conversant in BIM/REVIT delivery processes
• Wide sphere of experience covering all aspects of the built environment
