Job Description
Deliver smooth and efficient procurement of goods and services necessary for the group's day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with internal departments, to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials and services required for day-to-day operations.
Validate and confirm with the department the quantity and specifications required for purchase order.
Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet the company's requirements.
Perform on regular basis supplier’s performance using evaluation.
Analyze and track procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow up and ensure the delivery of requested PRs from internal customers/departments.
Prepare weekly reports on Purchase Orders for all.
Prepare Payment Requests per purchase order to process payment; follow up with the A/P accountant till payment is released and inform the supplier of the transfer/check details.
Make sure that an inefficient filing system is implemented for all purchasing documentation per department.
Handle and follow-up on the full cycle of product/equipment in the Repair and Return process.

Excellent command of English
Technical Skills
• B.Sc. in any discipline and an advanced degree is a plus.
• From 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent Purchasing knowledge.
• Decision/ Authority Matrix
• As per Purchasing processes
