We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic senior finance manager to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy and performance. the senior finance manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. the ideal candidate should have extensive experience in finance management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to senior management. if you are a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this key leadership role.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning and analysis (fp&a) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Oversee the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, monitoring performance against budget and providing insights to management.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key financial metrics and performance trends.
Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
Evaluate and recommend opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit processes and address audit findings.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; mba or cpa preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance management or corporate finance roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.
Skills and competencies:
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
