Responsibilities
Lead weekly / monthly management packs on rolling forecast reports.
Support the management team with timely, accurate and well-structured ad-hoc analysis and scenario calculations. Prepare monthly management decks on the financial performance of the company.
Interpret data and provide concise and to the point explanations and analysis on trends & variances.
Facilitate and lead budgeting and planning activities.
Support business growth; geographical expansion; greenfield projects setup; pipeline conversion for key prospects; Order Intake & backlog reporting.
Management of key data interfaces with HR; CRM; ERP; Procurement systems.
Understand key business drivers on a project/prospect level and drive key actions with stakeholders ensuring targeted profitability and conversion is achieved.
Setting of financial and operational KPIs at individual; Project; Operating Unit; Business Unit level and monthly / quarterly tracking & reporting.
Design templates, forms, dashboards, reporting packs. Ensure uniformity of data & methodologies.
Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement efforts across projects; departments; Overheads; OPEX & CAPEX.
Support ERP, Budgeting & Reporting tools design and implementation efforts.
Challenge Business Cases, assumptions and projections.
Other Responsibilities:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
Comply with G42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through G42 established incident reporting channels.
Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information as per G42 Policies and Procedures.
Ensure that all design deliverables are delivered on time, and within scope and budget.
Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about new trends, technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.
Qualifications
Qualified Accountant: CMA, CFA, ACCA, CA.
Possesses excellent commercial and business mindset
A minimum of 12 years of experience in Finance in international corporations, preferably in the technology sector
Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, including C-Level
Strong experience of business partnering and being part of teams in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated exceptional success in defining and tracking success metrics for a business units.
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
