This is a demanding and varied role that will see you develop exceptional market knowledge as well as in-depth technical expertise. Reporting to Head Of Sales Middle East , you will work independently to achieve sales targets within UAE and across the Middle East.

Your main responsibilities
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers. Maximize market exploitation and transparency by identifying & developing new opportunities in order to win new business for Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Motors & Medium Voltage Drive Systems
Consults with customers on technical solutions & clarifies customers requirements, and/or specifications during @ all stages of the sales process
Drives the Sales & Services Business by approaching and serving potential customers. Advices customers in capabilities and benefits to integrate Innomotics Portfolio effectively for their applications, as an expert in product & application. Creates respective technical and commercial concepts and offerings in order to support the sales process. Leads the contract negotiations at all stages.
Launch of new portfolio elements. Leads and drives new program ideas which result in profitable market strategies.
Leads the development and execution of account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals within assigned key accounts and/or markets & works closely with the System Applications Team to develop pricing strategy and solutions for the customer
Maintains constant communication to customers & effective communication channels both horizontally and vertically within the organization.
Tracking competitive intelligence and market trends
Organised Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members & stakeholders.
Accurately capturing and recording customer data and opportunities within the customer relationship management tool (CRM)CRM - Microsoft Dynamics365
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Optional Masters and MBA degree would be added advantage
Proven professional experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of English. Arabic would be an added advantage.
You have familiarity with power systems, electrical machines, gearmotors and drives technology.
Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region & available to business trips within the Middle East and also internationally.
10 years plus experience in sales & marketing of Motors & Drive Application and system Business with End User sector, OEM And EPC. Optional: Min 5 years of Project Management Experience in Drive Systems Business and has worked on project Opportunities with the involvement of virtual teams.
Analytical thinking, decision-making, change orientation, and good communication skills
At least 2-4 years of intercultural/international experience.
Self-starter with a digital, innovative and growth mindset who is ready to actively drive and shape our future company’s culture
