We are currently searching for a new member in our team!
We are looking for a full time Key Account Specialist based in our office in Dubai, reporting to our Sales Manager – Project.

Based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), we have regional office in Qatar, alongside representatives in Oman and Saudi Arabia. Since 1997, we work on better products and innovative technologies making your work easier and deliver strong technical support and expertise in the region.
What are the skills required for this position?
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or similar studies (Preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Candidates having work experience with Consultants, Developers, and IDs/Architects will be preferred.
Having work experience in MS Office tools and CRM system will be preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic language is a must.
Having valid UAE driving License is a must.
Candidates should have excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
What are the main job responsibilities?
Responsibilities will involve to focus on ID’s/Architects, Developers and Consultants for Lighting Control, Home Automation and Energy Distribution Solutions.
Work closely with ID’s/ Architects, Developers and Consultants to establish Hager in the segment, get brand Hager specified with them which will create business opportunities.
Coordinate with designated channel partners to work on projects and be involved till completion of project.
Scout for project leads across UAE and then coordinate with various stakeholders involved in the project.
Present concepts, trends, solutions and innovations to clients and other project stakeholders.
Maintain and grow all aspects of the relationship with Consultants and Clients
Specify Hager products and systems in Consultant and Client Vendor Lists
Provide technical assistance to Consultants and Clients during design stage
Generate project leads from Consultants and share with sales team for follow up
Coordinate with Sales team during construction phase of projects and support any approval process necessary
Share market updates and competitor activities with management team
Plan and organize presentations and training sessions with consultants and clients
Ensure Consultant specifications and vendor lists are updated with latest product solutions and ranges
Regular meetings with consultants and clients to strengthen relationship
Build and maintain project references database
Update and complete database for consultant and clients
