Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Officer, to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include:
Managing and overseeing end to end onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition teams to understand and manage upcoming hires.
Working closely with HR Operations to ensure that all new hires have the necessary IT equipment and access to systems and software necessary for their role.
Supporting the HR function for a regional area or division.
Providing advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to employees and company objectives; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Manager.
Participating in Talent Acquisition meetings to support on ETA and mobilization updates on each candidate.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and the leadership group.
Demonstrating strong knowledge and understanding of the local labor market and requirements.
Supporting the HR function for a regional area or division.
Providing advice and guidance on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to employees and company objectives; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Professional HR Memberships i.e. SHRM or CIPD are preferred.
Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
Strong multitasking abilities.and excellent time management skills.
Extensive experience in onboarding practices.
Highly flexible and adaptable to various situations.
Knowledge of UAE employment laws.
