Head of Product - New Projects

Position Summary
Property Finder, the leading online real estate marketplace in the Middle East, is looking for a dedicated and collaborative Head of Product to steer our New Project product initiatives. This significant role will drive the success of New Project on apps and websites across all the countries in the Middle East where Property Finder operates. The role will have end to end responsibility for consumer, developer and agency experience.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and executes on long-term product vision and roadmap that not only addresses immediate needs but also anticipates future challenges whilst following the company’s strategic direction and objectives.
Works closely with the VP to establish clear team objectives & key results and effectively cascades these down to the team.
Leads team and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as design, analytics, sales, and CX teams to design, build, launch and maintain high-quality products end-to-end.
Has full accountability of his/her product across all surfaces, B2B and B2C ensuring it addresses a need and speaks to the right audience and makes an impact at all times.
Full ownership of the quality of every release within the domain, ensuring testing, training, tagging, alignment with other squads and any other internal activities are in place during pre launch, launch, and post launch phases.
Full ownership of Go to Market, with responsibility for coordination with Product Ops, Commercial, Customer Experience and Marketing.
Define key success metrics across all stages of a launch. Monitor success, recognise failure quickly and iterate.
Introduces innovations that enhance efficiency and ensure successful full lifecycle of a product
Work with an APP first mindset.
Collaborates with market research to identify customer/consumer needs and market opportunities.
Utilise key performance metrics to guide data-driven decisions.
Set up of A/B testing processes and run experiments to evaluate new feature performance.
Ability to reprioritise on behalf of the team in case of blockers to meet company objectives and strive for success.
Works closely with other product managers to align on Property Finder company targets and dependencies.
Responsible for modelling PF Leadership competencies and guiding principles.
The Person
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in the real estate or online marketplace industry.
Proven experience in guiding a product through its lifecycle, with a strong focus on building and implementing product roadmaps.
Experience in working with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of web, iOS and Android platforms.
Robust analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Proven ability to execute according to plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Strong ability to manage up and down, engaging in big picture thinking and C-Suite conversations.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.
Proficiency in English language (Arabic is a plus).
