We are looking for a Commercial Graduate for Parker Hannifin’s unique EMEA Graduate program! This is an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism within our business with focus on Customer Service and Engineering support and learn more about your leadership skills. The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in your working life!
What you can expect:
Build and develop your expertise in areas such as: Sales, with a focus on high calibre Customers, both as direct sales to Orignal Equipment Manufacturers and through distribution channels
Customer Service, learn how to manage pricing processes, logistics and customer relationship management
Support in cross-functional projects, for example in the areas of technology, sales, lean, pricing and marketing
Application engineering, interact with our technical experts to gain knowledge of our technologies and provide the best technical solution to our Customers
Responsibility for your own projects
Your ideal profile should include:
Master Degree in Engineering or Commerce with specialization in a relevant discipline.
First hand experience in project management is a plus
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program
Fluent in local language, English and an additional language would be beneficial
