About the role
The facilities coordinator contributes to creating a functional, comfortable, and compliant workspace while efficiently managing resources and costs thereby ensuring smooth operations of the building.
About you
Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, to be considered for this position, you must have:
Degree in Business Administration, facility/project management or related field
Detailed Knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum for England, UK and IBDP
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Computer Literacy: an effective user of ICT, in particular Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Motivation, curiosity and intellect to glean and understand key information about the Company’s activity and commercial intentions
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Inter-personal skills
Able to prioritize tasks, use time effectively and work to tight schedules
Should be self-driven and confident
Should have a positive personality with lots of energy
Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Selection Process
The closing date for application is 12th February 2024. Early applications are appreciated and would be considered for early interviews.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, that will take place at the Nord Anglia International School Dubai.
This is a full-time position, starting from 1st March 2024. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
