Within the Learning Department, the Digital Learning Specialist works on developing the digital learning eco-system and accelerating further the digitalization of the learning strategy implementing digital projects for Chanel in the Middle East and India.
MAIN MISSIONS DIGITAL LEARNING ASSETS IMPLEMENTATION (60%)
- Overseeing the deployment of all the digital learning assets for the entire ME BCs community.
- Working closely with the other F&B departments involved to align the marketing year product launches calendar with the adapted digital learning contents to developed/proposed locally.
- Being a project leader on initiatives related to the learning digitalization of the region, including digital learning events, virtual classes, and Townhall technical support.
- Improving the use of the actual digital learning tools.
- Engaging the Sales Force Community with the creation of new digital Learning Actions like short tutorials or targeted virtual masterclasses.
- Creating and sharing to all markets a digital learning monthly report resuming the BCs’ level of engagement and detailed activities on Inside Beauty.
- Remain updated and get inspired by all the new digital learning trends/initiatives and other markets and/or competitors digital learning actions
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Project Management
- Appetence for innovative technologies - Expertise in the following areas is a plus: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Training and Learning Management System
- Skilled in Microsoft Program especially Excel and PPT and Adobe
- Excellent writing skills in Englis
