Mobile Developer, Matic Services, Lebanon

We are looking for a passionate, mobile developer, who has experience building world-class iOS and
Android applications, to join our mobile team in Beirut. You will have an opportunity to contribute your
creative ideas and energy to our Matic apps.
You will be working with a well-formed agile team of engineers, UX, QA and product owners to help
build our Matic mobile products. You will be responsible for helping create, maintain, and evolve
cutting-edge iOS and Android Apps using Swift and Kotlin.

Responsibilities:
● Contribute to and build new App features while working with designers, product managers and
backend engineers.
● Create delightful user experiences while maintaining stability and performance.
● Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
● Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
● Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
● Following projects beyond release to ensure performance and quality.
● Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development
efficiency.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
● 2+ years of production level iOS development experience using swift.
● 2+ years of production level Android development experience using kotlin.
● Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigm, memory management,
file I/O, network programming, concurrency and multi-threading.
● Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging
technologies.
● Strong understanding of testing practices including unit & UI testing.
● Understanding of Scrum and Agile software development processes.
● Good communication skills; ability to provide clear documentation.
● Experience with automated testing and continuous integration.
● You live and breathe frameworks and are passionate about solving complex problems and help
entire business units move forward.
● Good understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, and operations.
