Lead Reservoir Navigation Engineer

Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As a Lead Reservoir Navigation Engineer, you will perform technical work both independently and as part of a team, and will take an active role in leading communication between RTS and clients or Product Lines.

As a Lead Reservoir Navigation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

·       Developing close working relationships with key customer stakeholders and organizations.

·       Providing geological/geomechanical/petrophysical/reservoir navigation interpretation and analysis using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques to provide Best In Class solutions for the client.

·       Mentoring junior staff. Training other technical staff. Participating in client reporting meetings. Making technical presentations to clients. Providing routine client follow-up and product delivery.

·       Working both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams. Writing and presenting industry papers and publications.

·       Acting as the LOCAL focal point for development, implementation, or optimization of of a deliverable, service, technology, workflow or process.

·       Acting as a KEY contact to the customer for a product/service or set of products/services.

·       Enhancing existing processes and techniques to optimize multi-product/system solutions

·       Involving in Energy Transition project execution at LOCAL/REGION level.

·       May assist with authoring training content and/or faciliate formal internal training courses.

·       Openly shares competitive information with SMEs and Technical Sales team. Collaborate with region Technical Sales on SAS (TAM) of services in area of expertise.

To be successful in this role you will:

 

·       Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).

·       Have minimum of 7 additional years of experience in Well Placement and Reservoir Navigation Services.

·       Demonstrating working knowledge of discipline topics and ability to speak with clients about discipline applications.

·       Demonstrating proficiency in discipline related software.

·       Have experience in multiple regional petroleum basins/provinces and understand their geological settings and reservoir complexities Demonstrate ability to build rapport and networks across complex organizations and disciplines.

·       Have ability to mentor, coach and develop others with effective oral and written communication skills in English.

Job Description

    Participate in the supplier selection process, along with PCF Group’ Department representatives responsible for purchasing the goods/services.
    Conduct supplier verification, if feasible, in respect to its financial standing as well as any other risk (such as geopolitical, criminal, and other risk).
    Assure alignment of the selection process with best practices and PCF Group internal regulations/policies.
    Assure that sourced materials, goods, products, and services are the best or result in the most cost-effective contracts for the PCF Group.
    Analyze existing contract and identify spend reduction opportunities.
    Participate in creation and reviewing of contract management instructions, policies and procedures.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains for the procurement process.
    Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
    Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received stock/services.
    Coordinate and provide support to PCF Group departments purchasing goods and services by:
        Verification of the departmental purchase budget
        Researching potential vendors
        Verification of the purchase requisitions/orders for accuracy, completeness and alignment with PCF Group policies and procedures
        Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
        Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
        Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
        Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery; follow-up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
    Prepare reports to C-Level on purchases, including, inter alia, Purchase Order status report, cost analyses, and other as requested.
    Implement systems for monitoring performance, assessing risks and responding to changes in demand or disruption in the supply chain.
    Incorporate auditing processes to ensure procurement and recordkeeping comply with any applicable industry or governmental regulations.
    Suggest, prepare and implement a PCF Group archive related to purchases, which should include the necessary documentation and certifications for each supplier, such as business licenses, insurance certificates, quality assurance certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

    Proven, minimum 5+ years of work experience in purchasing environment.
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related; MBA preferred.
    Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
    The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
    Understanding of supply chain procedures.
    Negotiation skills.
    Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
    Strong ethical basis.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
    Detail oriented and problem solving skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
    To be flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    Fluent Polish and fluent English is a must.

Nice to have:

    Knowledge of the gaming industry (global/Polish).
    Managerial experience.
    International exposure.

Job Description

1. Responsible for End-to-End FM activities from store opening and store closures.
2. Assisting the FM Engineers & respective BU’s on establishing new AMCs on time by coordinating with projects team, procurement team, legal team & finance team. Renewal of AMCs on yearly basis for all GMG- Retails, Non-retails, JC & Shareholders properties
3. Follow up of quotes, materials and all necessary arrangements to support the supervisors on day-to-day requirements
4. Purchase Requisitions are prepared & raised on time as per the purchasing guidelines & frequently followed up with Procurement on Purchase order released to support the operations
5. Prepare advance payments & cheque request on time with finance team and follow up for payment releases
6. Arranging required documents for Invoice process and related documents, arranging & distributing invoice to the concern supervisor, taking necessary action on urgent requirement. Receiving manual invoices from vendor and sharing with the concern personnel for approval
7. Confirmation of Goods and Service Receivables from operations team and release GRN on SAP & P2P
8. Following up with Service Provider, Procurement, Legal & other concern team for finalizing the AMC’s & CD’s
9. Maintain necessary documentation system for effective storage and retrieval of information on all records related to WO’s, Purchase Orders, AMC’s, CD’s, Invoices’ and Customer acknowledgement are saved in appropriate Folders
10. Knowledge on local market about material and suppliers, negotiation skills and Effective management of purchasing procedures. Develop new vendors for material sourcing
11. Prepare approved vendor list and update with new vendors time to time for easy material sourcing.
12. Preparing petty cash vouchers for FM Eng. preparing OT sheets for inhouse team and submitting to payroll for approvals.
13. Update all the necessary trackers and submit weekly to the LM. (Store opening tracker, AMC Tracker, Store codes tracker, Daily Work Updates etc)
14. On the basis of incident report, registering in insurance company & claiming for property damage
15. Provide information on Insurance claims, overtime statement for workers, vacant apartment, chargeable to Finance & Leasing departments
16. Update manual RM works for JC and personnel properties

Skills and experience you’ll need

    Experience in facility management in retail
    Minimum 1 year of experience required
    Ability to handle vendors, quotations, invoice
    Strong background in driving digitization initiatives
    experience in SAP/Oracle (an added advantage)
