JOB PURPOSE:

    To liaise with local government bodies, public service providers and authorities in accordance with the business requirement, to process and complete all procedures and applications related to Ministry of Immigration, Ministry of Labor, General Security, Customs, Municipality, Police Dept., Health & Medical Dept., Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Transport, Industrial Security, Hukoomi portal, etc. in Qatar.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Process and administer Company-related documents such as Computer Card, Commercial Registration, Trading License, Municipality Registration, Industrial Security Registration, Vehicle registration & licensing, etc.
    Process and administer employees’ documents such as employment visa, residence permit, work permit, health insurance, medical test, entry and exit permits, security pass, documents renewal, etc.
    Assist Project Management team for the documentation with Qatar Civil Défense (QCDD), Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME), Kahramaa (QGEWC), and other relevant departments and authorities.
    Work closely with HRD to ensure the timely completion of documentation and execution of relevant government and administrative formalities.
    Be up to date with regards to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the HRD advised of such changes.
    Manage the allocated petty cash expenditure through maintaining original receipts and through timely preparation and submission of expense reports.
    Maintain files and documents of Company and Employees with 100% data accuracy and complete details.

REQUIREMENTS

    Diploma or High School Certificate.
    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer, preferably with a construction / industrial services / manufacturing company.
    Updated knowledge on all procedures and requirements related to government departments and ministries.
    Bilingual Arabic and English Speaker.
    Valid Qatar Driving License.
    Computer skills, MS-Office & Internet.

We have an opportunity for an highly motivated individual to join us in a our KSA Operations Compliance team to support day-to-day operations, as a PRO for multiple tasks related to operations building licensing and permit. 25 to 50% travel is expected.

Key responsibilities / deliverables:

· Developing internal and external relationships using formal and informal channels to liaise with appropriate authorities / bodies or contact persons to resolve any problems or matters concerning the operations
· Support management in the maintaining government compliance-related documents to provide government inspectors
· Maintain a tracker for all compliance related documents and provide weekly reports
· Obtain and renew civil defense and other operations licenses
· Supporting management in launching new operations sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in government and civil authority liaison in appropriate market for commercial / business operations purposes
· Basic English Proficiency
· High school education
· Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with authorities
· A proactive and objective approach to problem solving.
· Native arabic speaker and KSA national
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors Degree from a reputed institution
· Public relations skills would be an advantage

The AI Architect is responsible for providing architectural and technology leadership on the AI/ML front, and assist in leading university AI/ML initiatives.
Main roles & responsibilities

1. Architect, design, and lead the implementation of university AI/ML solutions.

2. Work with business units, to understand their processes, explore their data, identify their needs and use cases, and come up with relevant AI/ML solutions that give business value, present and sell the findings and recommendations, then implement the solutions

3. Apply research methodologies to identify the appropriate AI/ML architectures and models for the problem(s) at hand, and lead proof of concept implementations to ensure feasibility of identified solutions.

Required qualification & skills

    5 years of direct work experience in architecting, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions (using various models, such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, {Deep} Neural Networks, Conditional Random Fields, Topic Modeling, Game Theory, etc.)

Education and Academic Qualifications:

    Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience, in a quantitative field (applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, computational biology, artificial intelligence, etc.), from an accredited university.
    Cloud certifications (preferably AWS) especially in the area of ML would be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must have (technical):

    Experience in software development in languages such as Python, Java, Scala, Spark, etc.

    Extensive background in statistical analysis and modeling (distributions, hypothesis testing, probability theory, etc.).
