As our Regulatory Reporting Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial institution maintains compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting our growth in global markets. You'll tackle complex reporting challenges, interpret evolving regulations, and implement robust reporting frameworks that protect our organisation and our clients. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. On a given day, you will:
Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to various financial authorities
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting requirements
Develop and maintain reporting procedures that ensure accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with multiple departments to gather and validate regulatory data
Utilise AI tools to streamline reporting, automate validation, enhance workflows, and ensure compliance accuracy.
Leverage AI to track regulatory changes, generate insights, integrate data, and support stakeholders.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of regulatory submissions
Provide guidance to stakeholders on regulatory reporting requirements
Interface with regulators and external auditors during reviews and examinations

Have experience with regulatory reporting systems and tools
Maintain professional skepticism and high ethical standards
Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies in regulatory reporting
