As a Regional Marketing Executive - Retail, you will play a key role in supporting the Regional Marketing team in Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA). Your contributions will help implement impactful marketing activities that drive business development and profitability through innovation, strategic brand planning, and the execution of marketing initiatives.
This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program, which is tailor-made for talented graduates, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Through this program, you will accelerate your career with a personal development plan, local or international assignments, challenging and exciting tasks, and focused training programs over the course of a year.
This position will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will report to the Regional Retail Development Manager - MEIA.
Responsibilities
Support the Regional Marketing team by coordinating task log meetings with local markets to implement new products across all units.
Conduct market visits to evaluate and ensure the successful implementation of retail programs in the region.
Collaborate with the segment team to provide regional market insights for Global innovation projects and support the implementation of both Regional and Global innovations.
Enhance Jotun brand presence, awareness, and equity through effective coordination of internal and external communication activities.
Assist in preparing and delivering integrated communication plans by collaborating with product, brand managers, and retail management teams to optimize project outcomes.
Provide guidance to local marketing teams on executing communication activities, ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, and support cost-effective and creative campaigns.

What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Retail Marketing or a similar role.
Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and business trips.
