We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented order management Financial Analyst?specializing in rebate management to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role and will be responsible for managing rebate agreements, analyzing rebate programs, processing rebate claims, margin analysis, forecasting, and ensuring receipt of accurate payments.
The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, possess strong time management, be eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to grow technically and professionally while contributing to critical financial processes and in alignment with the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rebate Program Management:
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and finance teams to design, implement, and manage rebate agreements.
• Monitor rebate accruals, claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Review and identify rebate requirements, adhere to timely submission deadlines, and manage vendor rebate responsibilities from a forecasting perspective.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze rebate performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update rebate tracking systems and dashboards.
Business Partnering:
• Serve as a liaison between OEM team, finance, and sales teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on rebate processes and financial outcomes.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial models and scenario analyses.
Compliance & Process Improvement:
• Ensure all rebate activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in rebate management.
Forecasting and Planning:
• Conduct weekly and monthly financial forecasting related to rebates.
• Leveraging reporting and resources financial tools and funds to achieve business objectives.
Communications:
• Must speak and write fluently in English
• Ability to speak Arabic (preferred)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles focused on forecasting, planning, or rebate management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Discretionary bonus
