We need a Guest Experience Supervisor,
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Supervising a team of dedicated guest service agents, ensuring they deliver personalized and attentive experiences.
- Managing guest requests and preferences, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceed guest expectations.
- Training and motivating staff to maintain our high standards of service excellence.
- Implementing innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and build lasting relationships.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and documentation to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
What do we need from you?
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hotel guest service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle any guest-related concerns effectively.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide your team to success.
- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest standard of service is consistently met.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
