Overview

•Ensure all sales targets both short term and long term for the area/location are met.

• Supervise SSFL DC/Stockiest various routes through route visits targets and ensure that each sales

representative compliance with the SSFL execution standards as well as the proper way of achieving the targets.

• Leading and developing sales team.

• Leading sales productivity.

• Achieve and exceed sales fundamentals and volume targets by implementing company plans.

• Update database to measure area’s performance against key business objectives. Use this data to

analyse the business and develop future action plans.

• Work on volume forecasting for his areas and channels.

• Work with Stockiest to improve customer service and execution efficiency.

• Supervise field sales teams for location in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed

objectives in terms of execution, gross and net revenues, market share and people development targets

Responsibilities

Organize, control and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets within the agreed targets by applying

SSFL sales standards.

Conduct and compliance with FLSMP; work-with and Route Control weekly, 1:1 sessions and formal weekly

meetings.

Ensure HH Integrity by examine reports and taking actions.

Regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements and communicate these fluctuations on the proper timing to the Regional/Sales manager for decision making.

Ensure the company’s product promotional plans are understood and implemented in the right time & at the right place across all routes.

Conduct all the administrative transactions for the location (Stock, Returnable Cases, daily sales invoicing cycle

etc.)

Organize, control and motivate team to achieve sales targets within the agreed profit margins.

Select, train, develop and follow-up sales personnel to the standards (FLSMP) necessary to meet the current and long term needs of the department.

Ensure all RSR’s compliance with OOR (Ownership on Route) by regular follow-up and on job coaching.

Field Performance Management by (Adaptation of Optimized Routes, Managing POP materials, Stand Planning, Preparing RSR turnover follow up reports, Applying Code of Conduct, RSRs' PepsiCo values awareness).

Develop strong relationship with stockiest and Key wholesale and OT customers within the location, this will include coordinating with the stockiest on all call coverage & customer service standards.

Ensure the company’s product development & promotional plans are understood and implemented at all levels to give the optimum level of impact.

Expanding distribution within the area as per AOP business plan.

Ensure proper execution for all new product initiatives.

Ensure proper execution of all merchandising and operational priorities.

Key Field Sales KPI's to include: reaching distribution targets (depth and breadth - capture additional points of sale); Upgrading execution on primary placements both in quantitative approach (space fair share) and qualitative approach (location + appearance); Upgrading execution on secondary placements - double the number of secondary placements per point of sale; implementing price and promotions strategies.

Supervise administrative & control agenda within the field to include: maintaining control over the main KPIs - ensure the Execution of KPI's per Store; insure effective monitoring and processes are in place in all levels of the organisation, providing recommendations for and insure timely implementation; create, implement and insure compliance with accounting, inventory, and control procedures; resolve service & supply issues with affected

parties; design and report the results/activities of the sales force to Regional/Sales manager.

Report competitive activities to the Regional/Sales Manager as and when it happens.

Compliance with SSFL Control Agenda & Control Responsibilities.

Qualifications

3-6 years of sales field experience in FMCG

Very Good English and Arabic language skills

No travel restrictions

Strong computer skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook crucial)

Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)

Customer Focus (Service to sales concept)

Thinking Skills (Trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions)

Developing and Supporting The Team (Actively improves others’ skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler)

Project Summary:

Jubail is one of Bechtel’s most remarkable achievements—a city built from the sand up, requiring vast resources and logistical planning on an unprecedented scale. It the biggest civil engineering project in modern times—and it's getting bigger. Bechtel has managed the Jubail project, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, since it began in the mid-1970s. Bechtel serves as the Management Services Contractor (MSC), or “owner’s representative” for our client, the Royal Commission (RC). We are the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, managing design submissions from local AE firms, and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and sub-contractors in Jubail and Ras-Al-Khair Industrial Cities. In June 2021, Bechtel’s contract with the Royal Commission was renewed for another 5 years with work focusing on building new residential communities, iconic buildings/ bridges, major site preparation, commercial buildings, mosques, schools, hospitals, sports facilities, clinics, universities, utility services and infrastructure (electrical sub-stations, lift stations), roads and highways, port & pipeline expansions, and more. 

 

          

Major Responsibilities:

Review and guide the telecommunication & networking design and documentation of all projects for the Royal Commission (RC) that are part of the growth and expansion of Jubail Industrial City in the Eastern Province.

JOB DUTIES:

Review of Consultant’s and contractor’s design and drawing packages for major projects for copper and fiber-optic networks and associated hardware. 

Preparing innovative designs for the continuing expansion of the fiber optic distribution systems. 

Working very closely with the Client’s IT and O&M department to ensure that the design comply with the corporate standards and end user requirements.

Coordinate transmission and distribution of stakeholder’s specifications, standards and practices and comments into project design documents.

Supply design consultants with information for all design issues including network studies and interfaces. 

Provide support to Construction Department and disposition of field changes. 

Review construction shop drawings and materials submittals. 

Review & prepare telecom design calculations. 

Use computer programs to perform analysis and design of telecommunication networks.

Support Industrial Investment Department by reviewing designs submitted by the industries. 

Continuously update the status of telecommunication supply availability to the residential and industrial communities and provide solutions and alternatives to telecommunication supply routing and systems.

Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.

Work alongside the owner’s engineers, whilst providing a high level of technical expertise to oversee and review the project designs.

Ensure quality and accuracy for all the engineering design activities, system integration, and design selection performed by A/E firms and EPC Contractors.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

Essential Technical: 

University / College graduate with BEng / BSc in Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering.

Minimum 10 Years of experience working on major multidisciplinary PMC / EPC projects, particularly in design of telecom systems & associated infrastructure.

Design experience in minimum five (05) of the following Telecom Systems:

Telecom Outside Plant (OSP)

FTTH (Fiber to the Home)

Fiber Optic Transmission Systems (DWDM)

Metropolitan Area Network (MAN)

Local Area Network (LAN)

Structured Cabling System (SCS)

Telephony (IP & Digital)

Security Systems (Access Control & Video Surveillance)

Must have thorough knowledge of codes and standards such as Saudi Building Code, CITC, SASO, IEC, IEEE, ITU, TIA, and NFPA.

 

Essential Behavioral:

Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to mentor young engineers.

Provide support to the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction.

 

Preferred Technical:

Registered Chartered/ Professional Engineer.

Demonstrated engineering design & review experience.

Experienced in design of telecom systems for residential, commercial, educational and industrial facilities.

Strong understanding of telecom system’s functional requirement for citywide operations and inter-agency coordination.

Keen awareness of right-of-way, access, and egress requirements of telecom Awareness.

Proficient in planning the expansion of telecom infrastructure for new communities

Experienced in managing interdisciplinary interfaces and design coordination with telecom service provider and other stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, routing, switching, and cyber security.

Associate level certification for data networks.

Working experience for integration of SCADA, Fire and Alarm (F&A), BMS and Lighting Control Systems into the telecom system.

Experienced with professional design tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bentley.

Strong understanding of construction, testing & commissioning of telecom systems and experienced in providing disposition for field changes.

Strong understating of estimation of telecom systems and ability to comprehend project budget & schedule.

Previous engineering experience in Saudi Arabia.

2.           Wireless LAN & Mesh network

3.           LPWAN (Low Power Wide Area Networks)

4.           IPTV / HFC system

5.           CATV / SMATV system

6.           Public address system

7.           Intruder

8.           detection (IDS)/ Perimeter security system

10.        TCP/IP and MPLS networks

11.        Audio/Visual systems

12.        Intelligent Transportation system (ITS)

13.        UHF/VHF radio system for telemetry

14.        TETRA and Microwave radio system

Under general supervision, applies knowledge of Halliburton Open Hole Wireline Technologies to independently provide basic services and tool operation to customers at the well site. Applies engineering, mechanical and geological principles to articulate basic data interpretations to clients from proprietary software and learns to coach clients through various drilling scenarios. Actively participates in the training and development of operators and Associate Field Professionals on all aspects of Open Hole logging. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or other technical discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Open Hole Wireline field operations required.
