We are currently recruiting for a Head of Diploma Program / Teacher (with a teaching load) for an August 2025 Start

VISS-Al Taawun Is going into its 18th year of operation in August 2025, the original VISS campus opened in September 2007 with less than 200 students. in the last 17 years, VISS has continued to grow into a successful IB World School offering the IB Diploma and the Australian Curriculum to students from KG to Grade 12, As an alternative pathway we offer the rigorous GC Diploma accredited by Cognia. We are extremely proud of the success of our students with over 90% continuing into tertiary education globally

What we require

    Minimum Bachelors or Post Graduate studies in Teaching and / or Education
    IB experience preferred
    Minimum Teaching Experience: 3 years of teaching experience in an Australian, Irish, British or New Zealand curriculum school
    Valid teacher license
    Dynamic and creative approach to teaching and motivating students
    Flexibility and resilience required to work in a team at new, fast-growing school

 
What we offer

    Tax-free salary paid on a scale linked to teaching experience
    End-of-service gratuity
    Housing allowance paid or furnished apartment.
    Inbound and Outbound economy class flights to/from UAE to the point of origin at the start and completion of the contract
    Annual flight allowance to the point of origin.
    UAE medical insurance for self,
    2-year renewable contract with renewal options
    Visa processing cost (excluding document certification)
