The Consulting Project Management role involves leading solution deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, engagement with senior stakeholders, initiating high-complexity projects, and overseeing pre-sales for high-impact projects. Do you have the aligned skills? If so apply!

Responsibilities

Account Delivery Management

• Lead solution deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction across the delivery lifecycle, from envisioning to cloud consumption.
• Collaborate with Sales to support contract setup and manage fiscal responsibilities within the project portfolio.

Initiation

• Drive project initiation for high-complexity projects, assigning resources and creating work breakdown structures.

Contracting

• Lead the contracting process for customer and partner resources, negotiating and structuring contracts.

Presales

• Lead pre-sales process for high-impact projects, articulating business value and evaluating complexities and risks.

Planning

• Develop detailed project management plans for large projects, ensuring alignment with customer plans and engaging stakeholders.

Monitoring and Controlling

• Oversee project metrics and manage risks and issues across large projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of deliverables.

Closure

• Drive timely project closure, ensuring completion of sign-off tasks and sharing lessons learned.

Intellectual Property (IP)

• Research and share intellectual property (IP) improvements, holding team members accountable for reusing appropriate IP.

Relationship Development

• Engage with senior stakeholders to manage escalations and influence customer decision-making.
  Drive customer satisfaction by representing Microsoft to senior stakeholders and managing expectations with political sensitivity.

This role is based in Kuwait

You must be legally authorised to work in Kuwait to be eligible for this role.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND extensive years experience in project management OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND extensive years experience in project management OR equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Extensive years financial management experience.
• Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.
• Certification in relevant industry.
