Your aim as an Account Manager (Distributors) is to drive sales and optimize distributor performance, focusing on the GCC, Israel, and Turkey. You analyze performance, share best practices, and hold partners accountable to Bugaboo's standards. You are part of the Trading team and report to the Business Development Director EMEA/APAC.

What will you do

     Work closely together with distributors to make sure they reach their performance targets and build the Bugaboo brand in line with our long-term business plan.
    Day to day management of the accounts including building and maintaining a Joint Business Plan, receiving and analysing intake plans, sell-out reports and forecasts.
    To facilitate and guide cross-functional support as required between Bugaboo and our distribution partners.
    Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and threats to the performance of your accounts.
    Delivering successful sell-in of NPD (New Product Development) alongside clear launch plans.
    Deep dive into sell out data to determine necessary actions / performance and plan actions to correct where required.
    Ensure correct ranging for each partner/door and that stock is managed effectively by our distribution partners.
    Working closely with Marketing to ensure our partners deliver a consistent and up to date instore and online execution of the Bugaboo brand as per guidelines.
    Work together with our distribution partners on analysing store performance, developing new strategies, and implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.
    Ensure up-to-date product knowledge and provide in-depth training on Bugaboo products to distribution partners.
    Act as a technical generalist to suggest solutions, provide expertise and describe retail best practices to Retail & Distribution partners & Store Staff accordingly.
    Support local events where required.

What you will bring to the table

    Degree in economics, business or marketing preferred.  
    You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Account Management (or similar) with field-sales understanding and the willingness to travel (a valid driving license is needed for this role).
    You have knowledge of assortment/financial planning and forecasting. Next to that you are familiar with visual merchandising and instore product presentation.
    You have strong communication skills – both written and verbal and have a commercial mindset.
    Fluency in Arabic is required to effectively communicate with distributors and partners in the GCC region.
    You are comfortable traveling  
    You have excellent networking skills to keep close to industry news and competitor activity
    Experience of onboarding new accounts and delivering growth to existing accounts
    You are proficient in English and least one other language in the assigned geographical area, both in written and verbal. (Preferably Arabic)
    With your analytical mindset, negotiation skills and strong communication skills, you are the driving force behind partner performance.
    You’ve got an eye for spotting trends, consumer behaviors and opportunities for improvement that help us serve our customers better.
