Avamels Printing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our Riyadh office. This position is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities, fostering a productive and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely procurement.
Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for senior management.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures for operational excellence.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the workplace.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support office needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
