ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

Is responsible for Developing and operating the administrative support system for the CP&E Group CEO including managing appointment calendar, information storage and retrieval, typing & coordination of schedules, mail processing, travel arrangements, office supplies and screening phone calls. Responsible for the efficient running of established routine and procedures to relieve CP&E Group CEO. According to the policies and procedures

followed within ELM.

1.  Daily Operations
    

    Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the CP&E Group CEO Office to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
    Prepare reports of CP&E Group CEO Office timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

2.  Office Management
    

    Produce presentations and other documents from a range of sources in order to provide professional outputs for use by CP&E Group CEO.
    Maintains the diary, arranges appointments and travel on behalf of the CP&E Group CEO to ensure efficient use of time.
    Maintain filing and other record systems to ensure the efficient storage and retrieval of information.
    Gather, input and analyze data for use by CP&E Group CEO in his decision making.
    Undertake a range of other administrative duties e.g. screening phone calls, answering basic enquiries in order to support the efficient work of the office.

3. Communication & Coordination
    

    Arrange a variety of internal and external meetings to ensure that attendees have the facilities and information they need.

4. Direction of Subordinates
    

    Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Manar activity is carried out in an
