What you'll be doing
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Associate to support the successful execution of transformation projects within our Transformation team. This role involves coordinating multiple project streams, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and ensuring the timely completion of key project milestones across different transformation streams.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the program management team, internal teams, and external consultants to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Workshop Management: Organize and schedule workshops, ensuring all necessary materials, logistics, and participants are in place.
Deliverable Submission: Track and ensure the timely submission of required project deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Risk Awareness: Identify potential delays and risks within project streams and proactively work towards mitigation.
Program Support: Provide structured support to the team leaders and functional teams within the transformation program, including ERP-related initiatives.
Data & Reporting: Maintain project tracking documents, update dashboards, and report progress to senior management.
Process Improvement: Contribute to refining project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll need to succeed
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to influence while maintaining positive relationships.
Strong sense of urgency and an eye for identifying potential risks.
Structured, detail-oriented, and motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with ERP systems and structured project methodologies is an advantage.
