We are currently recruiting for an Analyst - Onboarding to join our Recruitment team in our Jebel Ali 06 office in Dubai.
Scope: The Onboarding Analyst is responsible for the management and analysis of all onboarding data, from the vacancy requisition form (VRF) to deployment. The individual will be pivotal in maintaining trusted relationships with all levels of management throughout Transguard. Ensuring the recruitment, demand planning, and training teams have the support they require, proactively highlighting concerns and process bottlenecks, enabling the team to deliver effectively. The individual fully supports the business needs and prepares the team to support any existing or future growth through clearly defined processes and procedures
Financial
Tracking and reviewing BU CI Logs savings and ensuring all agent chargeback data is accurate
Customer
External: Tracking agent training compliance in line with mandatory client requirements, ensuring non-compliant employees are not rostered
Internal: Analyze onboarding-related data to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts in recruitment demand across various departments. Maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management regarding onboarding efficiency and effectiveness
Process
Work closely with recruitment, training, and demand planning to gather data and insights that inform onboarding strategy
Partner with IT and the BI team to optimize data collection and reporting processes, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and system functionality
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding effectiveness, retention rates, and overall recruitment success to guide strategic initiatives and decisions
Continuously monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and effectiveness within onboarding
Analysis of process automation; work closely with external supplier to ensure operational issues are highlighted and actioned immediately
Innovation
Evaluate existing onboarding processes and data collection methods, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and increase savings
Skills
Selection Criteria
Education: Preferred Graduate and 5 years’ experience in relevant recruitment management field
Understanding of process automation, analytical skills, and experience in forecasting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Analytical and Reporting skills and expert level in MS. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
