We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Excellence Coordinator. This position is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organisation. The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach to optimise operational workflows and support the achievement of strategic business goals.
Primary Responsibilities in Operations Excellence
Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflow processes and optimize resource management.
Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Identify and lead initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for Operations Excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Three to five years of experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate industry.
Thorough knowledge of real estate operations and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with process mapping tools is an advantage.
Desirable Experience and Traits in Operations
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in operations.
Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
