Job Description

 

    Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities to ensure smooth functioning of the medical center.
    Staff Management: Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
    Financial Management: Monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses to achieve financial objectives.
    Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and complaints to ensure a premium experience.
    Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
    Facility Maintenance: Maintain the center's cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

    Experience: 3-5 years in aesthetic or wellness center operations management.

    Communication: Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    Financial Acumen: Experience in handling financial performance metrics.
