The opportunity
Supporting testing team lead in execution of medium – size to large and complex GIS project by managing the testing documentation as per the IEC / standard format. Leads the document control aspect of the complete testing scope. Planning, monitoring and control of documents related to testing to both internal and external stakeholders to complete the project successfully.
How you’ll make an impact
To conduct FAT factory acceptance test reports for all the project successfully.
Preparing the pre – FAT report and to take care of the routine test reports and its comments from quality for traceability reports.
Printing of resistance documents from SAP pro using VA03 T- code and to check the availability and readiness of checklist in the line.
To preparing the pre report ELK- 3 (Excel formats) to get ready before starting of the projects.
ACTAS understanding and to extract the tests reports from ACTAS/MES.
Any tools to be ordered and follow up and to keep maintaining the tool list and its corresponding documents.
Long lead items to be maintained and alert for consumables and need to attend SFM meetings of what’s going cross- functional teams.
To follow up with MES teams if automated test reports not working via MES and to achieves / backup the .brk files with regular intervals and to protect the files from files corruptions.
To coordinate with quality for document revision/ process stream mapping (PSM) and to coordinate with quality for document revision / process stream mapping (PSM).

Your background
A bachelor’s degree of science with document control is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project execution, coordinating with external customers is required.
Preference will be given to those who have experience working with Saudi Arabia & Middle east customers.
Good interpersonal skills ability to communicate effectively with all stake holders internally.
Expert in SAP/X ECM document storage concept.
Ability to work on multiple projects and to deliver quality result on time.
Good work knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, share points etc.,) and at least one type of document control systems.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
