Your key duties

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Facades Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, United Arab Emirates specialising in major building projects in the Middle East.

 

    Lead and manage facade projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Develop and review facade designs, perform structural and thermal analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
    Maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing updates on project progress.
    Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate facade solutions into overall building designs.
    Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
    Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in facade engineering to continuously improve project outcomes.
    Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and presentations outlining project objectives, methodologies, findings, and recommendations.

 

Your skills and experience

    Bachelor's or Master's degree Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    Extensive experience in facade design and consultancy, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    Proficiency in facade design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino), structural analysis tools, and thermal performance analysis.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
