· Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the HR Department in managing day-to-day tasks.

2. Assist in recruiting and talent acquisition including screening, onboarding, and orientation

3. Prepare, update, and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive, (HRIS), including personal information, employment history, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence data.

4. Maintain records and provide HR reports to management.

5. Process payroll

6. Training and development

7. Performance management system administration.

· Desired skills:

1. Proficient in HRMS or any relevant HR Management systems.

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Positive can-do attitude.

4. Attention to detail.

5. Customer focus.

6. Digitally Literate with solid Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

8. Problem-solving abilities.

9. Knowledge and understanding of labor laws (Oman)

10. Strong soft skills

11. Negotiation skills

12. Data reporting and analysis

13. Organizational structures

14. Planning and budgeting

15. Work under pressure

16. Teamwork and collaboration abilities

· Required Education and Qualifications:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant in HR or psychology

- Five years’ experience in a similar role.

- English language, Arabic language is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO500.000 per month

Experience:

• HR Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
