Job Scope:
Drive category growth agenda within the Arabia markets, through managing the P&L effectively, working with Customer Business Development teams on finding opportunities to grow volumes / drive market share, and building the Customer Strategy and Planning team's capability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and drive Category / Channel Strategy
Run S&OP cycle and achieve full year category targets.
Manage Category P&L to deliver TO & GM targets.
Set Country / Channel / Customer Targets with Customer Business Development teams.
Work with Customer Business Development on Opportunities and risks within M zero to achieve targets.
Manage Category OS&R within the country to ensure consistent reduction and elimination of business waste.
Own and manage total Category TTS
Design promo strategy & menu / Pricing/ SOF Ambition
Work with Demand planning team on shipments mix norms and additional requirements.
Drive Net Revenue Management.
Key Competencies & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business
+8 years of experience Channel and Category Development management, Customer Business Development, or Category Management preferably within FMCG industry.
