To make the shortlist for the role you need to carry extensive experience in the food/beverage industry, and experience in managing consumer goods organizations with manufacturing operations. Ideally, your career should have a few years of partnering with the supply chain function. You are a senior finance professional who is not only an operator but a strategist. Leading the organization through to an IPO with its accompanied frenzy, the incumbent needs to have quality experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, drive the finance function to greater efficiencies, and build a culture of business partnering. What you must bring to the table :
-15+ years of a stable and progressive career within the consumer goods industry.
-Experience in either a public listed organization or you have led a company through to an IPO.
-You have held a board-facing role, managed external stakeholders, and been a part of the leadership team.
-Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take tough calls.
-Articulate and succinct in both English and Arabic.
-CPA /MBA
