Head of Sales, Cyberarrow, Dubai, UAE

 CyberArrow is investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase across its SaaS Offering business line - and you will be the main driver behind the growth at CyberArrow.

 

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing a high performing team that will follow efficient sales processes to meet and exceed the monthly quota while you remain an individual contributor.

 

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is used to work in a fast-paced environment and has 5-10 years of experience. Ideally you have been in client-facing management roles within the SaaS space where you have demonstrated a proven track record.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Successfully hit/exceed sales targets through team management and individual contributions.
  • Hire, grow, coach, and retain team members.
  • Accurately forecast sales projections and build sales strategies focusing on enablement and product market utilization.
  • Continuously strive to improve the average contract value per client (ACV) and competitive win rates for your team on quarterly basis while decreasing the sales-ramp time for new team members.
  • Build, maintain and promote long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Follow and identify market trends while spotting new products and competitors.
  • Build the channel sales and maintain partner relations.
  • Contribute to a culture of 'fail fast - learn faster' by suggesting improvements in processes or areas where execution can improve.
  • Setting objectives and monitoring performance - mentor to specific metrics and improve individual team member's performance.

 

We are looking for someone with

 

  • Belief in our core product offerings.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive mindset along with outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

Must-haves

 

  • 5-10 years of sales experience within the SaaS space.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor and/or leader in high velocity sales (sales cycle less than a month), continuously exceeding targets and surpassing competitors.
  • Experience in building, managing, and growing successful teams that consistently exceed set goals.
  • Experience in forecasting, sales strategies, enablement tactics, and competitive analysis.
  • Great business sense.
  • University degree (within Business, Economics, Information Technology or Engineering).

 

Nice-to-haves

 

  • Been part of fast-growing start-ups in the tech industry before.
  • Industry experience (GRC).
  • Knowledge of the GRC market within UAE and KSA.

 

Key Outcomes & Metrics

 

  • Team and company progress is measured in monthly OKRs.
  • Monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
