As 24/7 Technical Support Specialist you will provide real-time technical support for the Transformer, Automation, WellLink, as well as the COSL joint remote operating center. With the goals to prevent/minimize non-productive time for customers and drive requirements for product or service enhancements you will investigate and analyze unsatisfactory product or service performance.
As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required resolving an issue increase, the “level” of skill set increases. For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets.
Working together with senior leadership stakeholders. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes of research done.
Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and must be implemented in the department.
Handling diverse clients in a region and working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.

To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a minimum of associate diploma/technical degree.
Have 4+ years of experience in Technical Support & Services.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
