FINANCIAL CONTROLLER- Dubai UAE
JOB PURPOSE:
To achieve KSA vaccines affiliate objectives, to ensure & Provide financial guidance and direction to the all the function across the Sales, Marketing and Operation teams in achieving Revenues and BOI targets. Coordinate and plan all the forecast exercise (Budget, Forecast and LRP). In charge of implementing the required interactions, processes, reports and KPIs at local level. He is the main interface for MCO, region and corporate related people working on these topics. Ensure follow up and monitor performance (Sales, OPEX, BOI, Headcount and DSO).
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support KSA Country Head to Achieve Financial Commitments
Lead and assist in building short (Budget, F1, F2) and long term strategy and financial commitments (3YFF and +10FF).
Ensure alignment of strategy and financial commitments (Budget, F1, F2, 3YFF, CSP10) with supply plan, allocation and regulatory milestones.
Ensure all corporate finance due dates and deliverables are met timely and in compliance with corporate requirements (close, forecast, budget, LRP, other)
Closely monitor risks and opportunities arising from the markets and the company, and attempt to mitigate the risks and optimize the opportunities.
Review and evaluate business tactical plans and provide feedback based on alignment to overall Business Unit or Product Strategies, as appropriate.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales & Marketing, Market Access, Business Operations, etc. to anticipate impacts to the Business Unit P&L
Develop monthly sales trend with close coordination with Commercial and Operation Team and Forecasting; Continuous monitoring of the trend to alert for variances and for monthly landings
