Finance Manager- Norconsult Telematics, Saudi Arabia
Position Objective:
The Finance Manager will be playing a leading role in Planning the Budget, Capex, and Opex, Project Control, Risk Management for a Telecom Network Rollout Program.
Job Description and Responsibilities
Understanding and Translating business requirements and needs into Financial Scope, Budget, Capex, and Opex of Wi-FI, IBS, Fixed Network Rollout Projects.
Assist in the development of scorecards, measurement tools, and KPIs
Suggest and Implement Project Management, Project Control, Communication processes.
Implementing Financial Metrics, Utilization Tracking Methods, Comparision Analysis, and Variance.
Regular checkup of projects Capex, Opex.
Conducts periodic audits of budget items, including comparing per diems to actual expenses and other budget-to-actual comparisons.
Provides relevant financial information to executive management team.
Oversees and takes responsibility for all financial Contracts, Work Orders, Penalty computation.
Suggest and implement Financial Models
Qualification and Experience
Master or Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management
Min 12-15 years of experience in Finance, Budget, Control related roles with min 5 years as Senior, Managerial role.
Must have minimum 5 years of financial management of managing Telecom Network Rollout Projects
Must have high-level experience in requirement gathering, translating, designing financial scope, budgets, Capex, Opex.
Must be good in project and control management as well.
Must be good in controlling, reporting, analyzing progress, and utilization of approved.
Effective in Risk Management, using Control Chart.
Understand Telecom BoQ.
Hands-on SQL Queries, Data analysis, and Power BI.
Strong in Management oriented PowerPoint Presentations,
