About the Role:Are you ready to take charge of flight operations and keep crews flying safely and efficiently?
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and oversee the daily execution of crew control operations, ensuring legal, compliant, and efficient crew coverage for all scheduled and unscheduled flights.
This dynamic role will requirement leadership skills and you'll lead a dedicated team of Controllers and Supervisors who orchestrate real-time crew deployment across our entire network, managing everything from routine rotations to complex irregular operations. All of this whilst maintaining adherence to GACA Flight Time Limitations (FTL), rest requirements, and internal policies.
Naturally collaborative, you’ll work closely with Flight Operations, OCC, Crew Planning, HR, and other stakeholders to make critical decisions during IROPs, safeguarding operational continuity and crew welfare. You will play a critical role in shaping crew control strategy, guiding your team through complex operational challenges.
Your leadership will ensure that the Crew Control team performs at its best, from monitoring crew schedules to implementing recovery plans during disruptions, all while promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and professional integrity.

Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in Crew Control, Crew Scheduling, or Airline Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
You are expected to possess deep knowledge in managing crew disruptions, optimising resource use, and leading 24/7 operational teams.
