Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead Rize’s presence across digital platforms. This role focuses on strategy, engagement, and trend-driven content, ensuring Rize stays relevant, visible, and connected to our audience.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Monitor and follow trends to create engaging, timely content.
• Oversee posting schedules, community management, and replying to comments/messages.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator and design team to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and boost engagement.
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches with platform-specific strategies.
• Stay up to date with emerging platforms, features, and best practices.

You're a perfect match if you have

• 1+ year of experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), preferably in tech, fintech startups.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
• Experience in community management (replying to comments, handling DMs, driving engagement).
• Creative mindset with ability to translate brand values into engaging content.
• Good Arabic & English communication skills.
