In this role, you will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and IT team, capturing requirements directly with business users and preparing the product backlog. You will be involved in all phases of project life cycle including solution design, development, testing, user acceptance, go-live planning and postproduction support. You will act as the business domain subject matter expert within IT and assist the development team in understanding the requirements, provide all the necessary inputs for the team to complete development in timely manner, and will also ensure high adoption of the solutions by the business unit. You may also have to work with external solution providers, documenting solution requirements and validating if the vendor solution meets business expectations. We need your experience in training, coaching and guiding the junior IT members.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, process modelling, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
- Working closely with business users, development team, vendors and internal supporting departments.
- Leading RFI, RFP, Technical Review and procurement process for IT Solutions with business users
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Performing requirements analysis and prioritizing initiatives based on business requirements.
- Produce complete and high quality of the requirement deliverable including but not limited to Business Processes, Scenarios, Use Cases, Exceptions and other additional required viewpoints in order to translate Business Requirement into actionable solution requirement
- Manage and support to achieve traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle from initiator to solution requirements baseline, to design, build, test and deploy
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

Qualifications
Qualifications
Essential
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycle, starting from requirements phase until delivery and rollout preferably on Azure DevOps using SCRUM methodology.
- Contact center domain knowledge is preferred.
- Well versed in tools like Visio or equivalent to create business process flow diagrams under the functional requirements sections.
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience in transitioning of requirements into proper user stories and provide inputs to the development and testing teams during the execution phase of the project.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Airline industry experience would be an added advantage
Preferred
- Involved in contact center solution implementation which includes Web RTC, Callback assist.
- Experience on IVR, call routing and telephony systems
- Hands on experience in industry standard contact center systems such as Avaya system.
- Worked on Chatbots, contact center AI solutions
- Strategy to channel shifting from voice to Digital channel
