• Fresh or experience graduate, form (Safety, Engineering)
• Fluent in English other local language will be advantage
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office
• Additional HSE trainings certification (NEBOSH, OSHA etc) will be advantage.
• Strong interest for HSE topics and HSE career
Activités
HSE:
• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy (including MAESTRO) with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times.
• Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
• Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
• Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
• Organize the HSE documentation, folders administration and follow up with HSE documents.
• Support HSE Manager with implementation of one MESTRO (TotalEnergies HSE management)
• Support HSE Manager for prepare and follow up with monthly reports.
• Take the lead for the Implementation, follow up and review of Digital safety application.
• Follow up with safety trainings and training matrix.
• Support HSE coordinator for the day-to-day HSE Topics.
• Take par in investigation of accident incident and follow up the action plans with contractors
• Support HSE coordinator for managing the HSE events
